Nashville FD-provided footage and photos from the scene on 2nd Ave North as multiple agencies continue to work and investigate an explosion from earlier this morning.

NewsChannel 5 interviews an eyewitness who lived near the explosion. She said the announcement coming from the RV started with a countdown warning people of the explosion more than 15 minutes in advance. See below video for the interview.

This video footage, complete with audio, shows that whoever planted the bomb this morning in Nashville setup a recording on a loudspeaker telling people to evacuate before, and up to, the moment of explosion.
The explosion is believed to have originated in a parked RV on 2nd Street in downtown Nashville, TN at 6:40 AM on Christmas morning, December 25, 2020. This story is still developing.
