There appear to be 3 recent developments in the Pennsylvania presidential vote dispute. 

Yesterday, Judge Patricia McCullough ruled affirming the injunction on vote certification. Additionally she seemed to agree with the validity of the complaint about how the 2020 election’s vote by mail procedures came into being through fiat not legislation. 

Second, PA Senate Secretary, Kathy Boockvar has been advised by PA Senate and House to vacate the certification of the election. This is generally considered an important win for the Trump legal team., keeping alive their attempt to overturn the original result.

Finally, Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano (R-Greene) Proposed a resolution Friday, to recover the State Legislatures’ ability to select Electors. 

So, we’re gonna do a resolution between the House and Senate, hopefully today. I’ve spent two hours online with my colleauges. [and] there are a lot of good people working on this here. Saying that we’re going to take our powers back. We’re going to seat the electors.”,

The Supreme Court has already affirmed the right of legislators to reclaim their authority to appoint electors, but the GOP party members expect resistance from Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar.
